Barton G. Weiss is an internationally recognized event concept designer, restaurateur and culinary visionary. In his two-decade career, Weiss has created more than 20,000 events for corporate, sports and social clients and has become known around the globe as one of the industry’s most innovative talents with an unlimited ability to surprise and inspire.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Jeff O’Neill rose to stellar heights in Manhattan’s dining scene, working at such renowned restaurants as Charlie Palmer’s Aureole, and Restaurant Daniel, as part of the opening team of Daniel Boulud’s flagship, which ranked among the “Top Ten Restaurants in The World.”
Chef Attila Bollok is the newly installed chef de cuisine at Barton G. LA. He studied at the French Culinary Institute (now known as the International Culinary Center). Bollok worked at Fishtail by David Burke and Rouge Tomate in New York before moving to Los Angeles.
